Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a ARP IM Business Analyst I / Product Specialist I to join our IM Team based in Mobile, AL
You will be in charge of preparing and performing the Solution Functional Integration Tests, preparing all the deployment documentation, ensuring Business Key-Users knowledge and support for a successful deployment of ERP (ARP) solution. You will also serve as local subject matter expert for the ARP Assembly solution for your related scope of responsibility.

Your Challenges
Perform all IM functional and technical activities related to product and service line
Implement Products and Services in the North America Region (US) in line with Airbus overall standards as defined in Europe or in the frame of the Region.
Responsible for Continuous Release Management
Follow policies, standards and guidelines related to transverse governance are strictly applied in their perimeter
Ensure continuity of product changes to ensure proper alignment with concurring projects and strategic planning of product line
Ensure technical and functional processes are adhered to when testing tool solutions
Collaborate with business and IM colleagues to resolve product issues within respective service line and SLA requirements
Partners with the business and others IM Domains/PSL/Products & Services to ensure proper design and implementation of ARP Assembly deployment for A320 Assembly in Mobile, AL
- Responsible for deploying and supporting SAP ARP fulfilling local business needs in line with product adherence
Responsible for deploying and supporting SAP ARP on their assigned scope of work
Responsible for guaranteeing end-to-end of services according to agreed SLAs established with the business
Liaise with the business and IM teams back in Europe to contribute to the design/development of solutions and prepare the deployment and support of those solutions
Liaise and synchronize with different IM Domains teams to ensure smooth deployment and appropriate level of performance of the end to end services
Contribute to Master Project Schedule
Identifies first area of savings
Develop relationships with other IM PSL directors and domain leaders in North America and in Europe
Boarding Pass
Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
More than 5 years of experience in managing IM products and applications in a Global Context (Design / Development / Deployment / Support)
More than 5 years of experience in managing IM Projects (Project management Methodology : AGILE / Waterfall / SaFE / Others) OR Supporting IM Solutions based on SAP Products
ITIL Service Operations and ITIL Service Transition is desirable
Knowledge in the Industry area: Manufacturing, shop floor execution, FAL processes, quality
Knowledge in software solutions SAP ERP
Recognizes, and focuses department on, high priority objectives
Fluency in English is mandatory, French highly recommended and due to Airbus European roots, German or Spanish language skills are a plus
Technical Systems Proficiency:
Knowledge of SAP-PP is mandatory
Knowledge of SAP-MM/QM/PS/PM is a plus
Knowledge of Cloud solutions is a plus
Knowledge of SAP Big Data tools is a plus
