- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in compensation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Attention to detail, focusing on completeness and accuracy of information.
- Proactive with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks and projects with varying deadlines. Excellent project management, organizational, and follow-up skills are necessary to effectively meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently identify, analyze, and resolve challenges to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, pay structure design, and compensation principles, programs, and practices.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team, conduct research, cost analysis, and formulate and present conclusions regarding business issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong analytical skills and the ability to present data in an easily understandable format.
- Strong technical knowledge of Excel, Access, and Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), with knowledge of Dayforce and PayFactors considered a strong plus.
- Commitment to handling HR information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,500
