Description:This position will support Integrated Program Planning within the IWSS line of business. Provide planning and schedule management and control expertise. Develop and maintain program IMS. Ensure adherence to planning processes, business rhythms, metrics, control and reporting mechanisms. Key interface to program management, subcontractors and the customer for program status. Conduct critical path & risk analyses and output into actionable data for the Program. Communicate schedule impacts and develop corrective action proposals.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Experience with Deltek OpenPlan or Microsoft Project.
Experience with Earned Value Management.
Experience with Integrated Master Schedule analysis.
Experience supporting Baseline and Program Reviews.
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse workplace.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting proposals for new or continuation contracts.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
