The Boeing Company seeks a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Security Analyst to join our team in Berkeley MO.

As a Product Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and enabling the capability to evaluate security measures and integrate security and resiliency into our products and services throughout their lifecycle. You will be a leader on the T&E capability team, responsible for the organization, program integration and optimization of an enterprise wide cyber test execution team. 

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Perform program support tasks to ensure integration across stakeholders

  • Prepare and present technical reports and briefings to stakeholders

  • Lead Control Account Management and Integrated Program & Scheduling activities across the capability

  • Identify and develop effectivity, efficiency and productivity metrics to correlate and conduct trend analysis of operational excellence

  • Assist in coordination of T&E events across Commercial and Defense portfolios

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor Degree or higher

  • 5+ years’ experience building workflows, resource management plans, program schedules and other program integration activities, security process development, product life cycle process development

  • 3+ years’ experience with Project Management including Earned Value Management and schedule performance

  • Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, OpenProject, etc.

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)

  • Knowledge of the Cybersecurity Maturation Methodology and the Product Test Life Cycle

  • Experience with Long Range Business Planning and the supporting tools

  • Previous support of implementing Lean principles within engineering development programs

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $123,250 - $166,750
