Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Supply Chain and Fulfillment Analyst (Level 4) to join our Everett Delivery Center (EDC) Fulfillment/Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington!

This is a newly established role where you will hold hybrid responsibilities as a project manager and analyst. You will be reporting to a senior leader and be responsible for helping manage and drive key initiatives and projects to enable KPIs and Innovation. You will help develop, analyze and maintain processes, tools, information and industry best practices including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization. You will be required to design, extract, analyze and prepare reports, as well as determine and report compliance to internal/external requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results. The candidate shall also possess experience in developing reports and visual tools utilizing multiple data sets.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Act as a project manager for initiatives, coordinating resources, and tracking progress towards goals.

  • Utilize data manipulation techniques to extract, clean, and organize data from various sources.

  • Develop reports and dashboards tools and present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing timelines

  • Engage with cross-functional teams across various disciplines (Manufacturing, Quality, Lean, and Engineering)

  • Manage and develop online tools that support organizational objectives

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): 

  • 3+ years of experience in Fabrication, Program Operations, Program and/or Fabrication Fulfillment, Supply Chain Operations

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams.

  • 3+ years of experience with developing reports and insights utilizing reporting /data analytical/business intelligence tools such as (Tableau, Spotfire, Power Pivot, BI  and Maximo, etc.), preferably in a Fulfillment or Supply Chain environment

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong interpersonal and communication skills (including reporting out to executive leadership)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 

  • 3+ years of experience working with customers and/or suppliers

  • 3+ years of experience with proven ability to execute on commitments

  • Embraces speed and agility to drive innovation and results

  

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.  

Relocation:

Summary pay range: Location: (Senior – Level 4) - $106,200 - $129,800
