What You Will Do ​

  • Assist in the monthly payroll processing, time attendance, CPF, NS, Child Care and Maternity Leave claims submission.
  • Identify gaps in current payroll workflows and streamline of processes.
  • Serve as liaison point of contact among HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and IT team with regards to operations and HRIS issues.
  • Coordinate HRIS data collection and compile Singapore HR data.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of HRIS database information for all HRIS modules.
  • Ensure personnel actions are compliance with HR and finance policies and guidelines.
  • Provide HRIS technical support to the Human Resources team.
  • Resolve complex technical problems related to HRIS.
  • Assist in implementing and coordinating HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Handle personnel database (HRIS) on Prosoft, SAP, ESS and leave administration.
  • Lead and/or participate in various continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience in handling high volume transactions.
  • Proficient in Excel pivot table with a flair for figures.
  • Good understanding of manpower regulations such as Employment Act, CPF Act, Tax regulation and statutory payments requirements.
  • Resourceful, independent and good team player.
  • Strong time management and priorities management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • HRIS Workday and BIPO knowledge is preferred.
  • Power BI application is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing.
