• This job is a member of the Maintenance Adminstration Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
• Responsible for completing the daily operations of the Workbrain Center (WBC).

• Completes day-to-day operations of the WBC to ensure compliance with departmental objectives
• Responsible for the entry, review and upload of pay hour information for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace (IAM/TWU) workers
• Ensures that the IAM/TWU mechanic and related employees are paid correctly
• Coordinates with Maintenance managers / supervisors to ensure adherence to IAM contractual guidelines
• Test all Workbrain programming changes
• Provides updates and instruction to management / timekeepers
• Completes adjustments and fixes problems in the area of pay checks, overtime, swaps, etc.
• Works shifts, weekends and holidays as required

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent experience / training
• 2 years Payroll experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Familiarity with the IAM/TWU contract
• 2 years experience working with the IAM/TWU Workbrain program
• Experience with database / reporting tools needed to prepare reports for analysis

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Ability to work under pressure with defined deadlines, and handle multiple assignments
• Ability to function well in a team environment
• Excellent analytical thinking capabilities
• Ability to develop training and test secanrios for WB changes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
