You will be an Administrative Assistant at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Greenville, SC responsible for a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, and human resources in the L-100 program.

What You Will Be Doing

This role involves assisting the Program Manager in organizing and setting up meetings, managing daily tasks associated with an operational program, coordinating program and building projects with contractors ensuring deadlines are met, providing administrative support to employees, monitoring travel expense reports, and preparing travel arrangements. This position will interact directly with the customer and be responsible for screening visitors, updating security logs, issuing visitor passes in accordance to security regulations and monitoring premises. This individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels for office supplies and maintaining the office equipment. This role will require the candidate to be the Building Area Manager accountable for emergency services protocols. Located in a classified environment, this position would require obtaining and maintaining a Secret clearance and escorting uncleared visitors. The candidate would supervise maintenance and alteration of office areas and associated housekeeping.

Basic Qualifications:
* Candidate must have 5 or more years of relevant experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
