Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Five or more years of experience in Human Resources and employment relations experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Expert level of proficiency with use of computers to include MS Office suite, Adobe, and
- Three or more years experience in leading complex workplace investigations and managing complaints
- Excellent organizational skills and abilities, detailed oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to earn trust and maintain a positive, professional relationship while striving to strengthen a culture of inclusion
Skills Required
- Must be detail oriented, possess a high level of organization, commitment to excellence, and be able to manage time and priorities efficiently and effectively
- Ability to maintain a balanced and impartial view point
- Knowledge of effective HR practices, methods and processes in employment law and employee relations
- Ability to interact in an unbiased professional manner with culturally diverse populations
- Must possess sound judgement, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible and amenable to occasional non-traditional office hours
- Ability to compose synthesized notes/reports of all investigations in a timely fashion
- Minimal travel required on occasion (<10%)
Preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a member of a team
- Certificate/training in workplace investigations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and quickly adapt to shifting priorities
- Must possess integrity, honesty and strong work ethic
- Advanced conflict resolution experience, facilitating and influencing skills
- Proficiency in the English language (written/verbal) is a must
Salary Range: $72,500 - 98,500
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
