The Supply Chain team is seeking a full-time Subcontract Administrator in the IFG F-16 & F-22 Major Systems organization. This requisition is looking to fill two positions across the organization.

In this fast-paced role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing contractual relationships with our suppliers. Every day will be unique as you tackle shortages and resolve supplier performance issues. In this role, you will make a difference to our bottom line by controlling costs through negotiation and ensuring on-time delivery.

In this role, you will:
• Procure goods and services through the administration of purchase orders and subcontracts
• Develop and execute acquisition strategy
• Manage supplier relationships and deliverables
• Integrate with other departments to achieve customer objectives.
• Compile and analyze data
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
• Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management
• Some business travel to supplier sites as needed

Must be a US Citizen; This position will require a government security clearance; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing

Experience with have one of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis

Must be a US Citizen; This position will require a government security clearance; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Logistics Coursework or experience.

Ability to work multiple tasks and be flexible with added tasks and changes in direction

Organized and able to effectively evaluate and prioritize workload

Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions

Program Functional Coordination experience; Demonstrated Business Acumen; Negotiation Skills

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint)

Experience with have one of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
