We’re looking to add a talented Supplier Risk and Performance Specialist to join our team. The SRP Specialist intervenes with suppliers for performance level identifying risks, assessing them, forecasting future frequency and severity of losses, mitigating risks, finding risk mitigation solutions, creating plans, conducting cost-benefits analyses, and implementing programs for loss control and insurance. Develops suppliers to bring them to the target industrial maturity level and to sustain performance.Job description
- Intervene with suppliers to bring them back to the known nominal performance level (Expediting & KPI OTD), by setting up and piloting the Logistics Catch-up Plans, with analysis of the causes (8D Logistics),
- Implementing performance improvement action plans with suppliers according to four essential axes :
- Demand analysis and planning,
- Collecting supplier risks and defining protection action plans, feeding the risk management plan (including major industrial changes)
- In the context of the introduction of new suppliers or program changes, prepare and secure supplier ramp-ups.
-Candidate will work in close collaboration with Procurement, Scheduling, Supplier Quality, Programs, and Sourcing.

Profile and other information related to the position
- Strong Software and Computer Skills
- Project Management Capability
- Ability to choose mitigation strategy (acceptance,avoidance,limitation)
- Strategic thinking
- SAP experience
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Analytical skills
- Financial knowledge
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or engineering a plus.
- APICS certification a plus (CPIM or CSCP)
- 5&43; years’ experience in supplier risk management
- Aerospace Industry and Market knowledge a plus
