Summary
The Talent Specialist II will support the execution of best-in-class talent management solutions to ensure the company is developing and retaining talent to help meet its objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support implementation and communication of talent management processes and strategies to achieve business objectives and talent metric targets
- Support the KCNSC annual performance management process, company timeline and communications
- Contribute to the development and execution of career development tools and resources such as individual development plans, self-assessments, 360-degree feedback, career development classes and initiatives
- Support company-wide survey and action planning processes focused on engagement including voice of the customer, manager effectiveness, exit interviews and best places to work surveys
- Support organization effectiveness and organization design and change projects
You Must Have
- 3+ years of experience including talent management responsibilities
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to travel up to 10 of the time
- Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business
- United States Citizenship
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
- Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)
