Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional talent acquisition experience for candidates and team members that is consistent with Spirit’s brand, culture, and values. Support the full cycle recruitment process by assisting with coordination, communication, and execution of recruiting activities that support the hiring of the best talent.
- Assist with coordinating recruiting related tasks for executive level candidates.
- Serve as a concierge for candidates as they navigate the hiring process.
- Assist in scheduling interviews.
- Arrange travel, lodging, and relocation for candidates.
- Assist in external recruiting events.
- Assist in the execution of the new hire onboarding experience ensuring a smooth transition and elevated experience for the new employee and hiring manager.
- Communicate in a consistent professional manner that supports Spirit’s brand guidelines.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives including process mapping, gap analysis, workflow of talent acquisition processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to cost-effectively simplify, standardize and automate talent acquisitions processes and procedures.
- Provide support related to measuring, tracking, and reporting information in the talent acquisition process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to initiate, measure, track, and report the status and success of recruiting initiatives to include search progress, candidate pipeline, diversity, recruiting channel effectiveness.
