Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional talent acquisition experience for candidates and team members that is consistent with Spirit’s brand, culture, and values. Support the full cycle recruitment process by assisting with coordination, communication, and execution of recruiting activities that support the hiring of the best talent.

  • Assist with coordinating recruiting related tasks for executive level candidates.
  • Serve as a concierge for candidates as they navigate the hiring process.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews.
  • Arrange travel, lodging, and relocation for candidates.
  • Assist in external recruiting events.
  • Assist in the execution of the new hire onboarding experience ensuring a smooth transition and elevated experience for the new employee and hiring manager.
  • Communicate in a consistent professional manner that supports Spirit’s brand guidelines.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives including process mapping, gap analysis, workflow of talent acquisition processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to cost-effectively simplify, standardize and automate talent acquisitions processes and procedures.
  • Provide support related to measuring, tracking, and reporting information in the talent acquisition process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to initiate, measure, track, and report the status and success of recruiting initiatives to include search progress, candidate pipeline, diversity, recruiting channel effectiveness.

 


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • 1+ years of experience. (Human Resources, Executive Assistant, or Talent Acquisitions Coordinator experience preferred)
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express and logically articulate point of view.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow-up as appropriate.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Bookings, and Teams.
  • Ability to utilize all available technology to create, edit and maintain all necessary information.
  • Must be able to display the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment.
  • Ability to interact with candidates, team members, and management in a professional, positive, and constructive manner.
  • Adapt to various work schedules and times. 
  • Must be able to adjust thought processes to coincide with the growth and development of the industry, as well as the company.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.
  • Domestic & International travel under 10 of time

  • Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Majority of the work requires sitting but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
  • Hybrid.
