Boeing Production Engineering is seeking an Entry-Level, Associate or Experienced Tool Integration Analyst to join our Tool Engineering team based in Portland, OR. This position will create, update and maintain tooling product documentation and procedures and performs tooling product media processing to ensure validity of configuration definition, products and document control.

A Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level (Level 1), Associate (Level 2) and Experienced (Level 3) Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in performing administrative activities through filing, report distribution and gathering supporting documentation for tooling products.
  • Assists in identifying and coordinating tooling product requirements.
  • Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules.
  • Assists in preparing tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop-floor teams.
  • Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems.
  • Identifies, coordinates and process customer requirements for tooling products or information.
  • Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules.
  • Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures.
  • Performs tooling product order processing. Prepares order packages for distribution. Performs associated general administrative duties.
  • Manages electronic or physical drawings.
  • Works under close supervision.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other databases.
  • Experience with engineering design or drafting.
  • Experience conducting data and trend analysis.
  • Experience in program management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Education & Experience:

Entry-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years related work experience).

Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years related work experience, etc.).

Experienced: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years’ related work experience, 5 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range Entry-Level: $51,850 - $70,150

Summary pay range Associate: $64,600 - $87,400

Summary pay range Experienced: $78,200 - $105,800
