The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:

  • European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old
  • Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

A VIE within our department &34;SLA Management, Trainings & Tools&34; as a Service Analyst (m/f/d) has arisen within Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH in Sulzbach (Taunus) near to Frankfurt am Main.

Sulzbach (Taunus) is about 15km away from Frankfurt am Main and is an up-and-coming community with a wide range of leisure and cultural offerings. Here you can enjoy the quality of life in the countryside, while the nearby big cities are still easy to reach.​

The contract duration of VIE is 12 months with starting date from February/March 2025.

Tasks & accountabilities:

Your main task will include:

  • Supporting the Head of SLA Management, Training & Tools
  • Maintenance and further development of the self-developed software used in the Training Center for the organization of training courses
  • Maintenance and further development of the VBA macro used in SLA management
  • Support in the maintenance and optimization of the training platform and training environment in accordance with the technically required standards
  • Collaboration in smaller development projects
  • Collaboration in the implementation of new Agnet services with the aim of achieving a high degree of automation

Required Skills:

  • Graduated in Information Technology or Engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Good knowledge of the Python programming language
  • Very good VBA knowledge
  • Knowledge in the area of service level management is an advantage

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Service oriented attitude
  • You’re an open-minded teamplayer with a proactive personality that helps you to drive change, solve problems and convince others
  • You can communicate in English without any problems, advanced German language skills are available
