Key Lime Air is Your Career or Your Career Path.  We offer great pay and benefits combined with a fantastic Key Lime Air culture and Rocky Mountain lifestyle. We are a growing regional airline with hangars located at DEN & APA with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier.  Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand. We currently operate a fleet of 30 aircraft, including Fairchild Metros, Dornier 328Jets, Embraer E-145LRs, and an Embraer Brasilia.  Our growth plans include the continued addition of E-145LRs and Fairchild Metros to our fleet.

STARTING SALARY: Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour DOE

WORK ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Accept or reject work accomplished for all items generated on the inspection forms.
Responsible for the surveillance of all work in progress.
Assure that all work inspected is in accordance with current FAA approved technical data.
Assure that all routine, non-routine, forms, and documentation are correctly completed and properly signed off.
Verify calibrated tooling used is current.
Assist the Director of Maintenance, Maintenance Manager, and Chief Inspector to ensure compliance and safety practices are followed.
This is a safety sensitive position and is subject to submit to pre-employment and periodic DOT regulations for drug and alcohol testing.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Inspector.

Job Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years aircraft inspection experience is required
Current and Active A&P License
High School Diploma or GED
Successfully complete a comprehensive background check, verification of credentials, and a urinary pre-employment test for drugs as per the DOT regulations
Attention to detail is imperative.
Must be able to multi-task
Be efficient with a desire to succeed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

 

 

Salary Range: 30.00-40.00
