Avionics Installer

Job Description

We are seeking an Avionics Installer responsible for the modification, repair, and installation of bundles at partner sites. Key duties include reading work orders, diagrams, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. You will be tasked with routing wires, performing electrical tests, and completing associated paperwork. Additionally, you will assist in training other technicians, perform various duties as assigned, and install wire harnesses while reading blueprints and repairing bundles.

Hard Skills

• Experience with quadrex connectors, GDR, hexa shield, and coaxial cables
• Proficiency in using Daniels crimper
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Experience with electrical tests

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Work Environment

The role is based in a climate-controlled hangar.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Additional work on Fridays and Saturdays may be required to keep up with the volume.
