Job Title: Electronics Repair Technician - $24/HR - $30/HRJob Description
We are looking for an Equipment Repair Technician for a 12-month contract role with the possibility to extend or transition to a direct position. This safety-sensitive position involves assembling and repairing electronic aircraft components, primarily related to power generation products such as GPUs, rectifiers, and transformers. The role includes small part electronic assembly performed at a bench.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair electronic aircraft components in accordance with technical data.
- Solder electronic components and utilize other tools as necessary.
- Ensure work is completed within Turn-Around-Time (TAT) requirements.
- Perform scheduled shop audits and area cleaning and maintenance as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the shop and facility.
- Maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Essential Skills- At least two years of electronic assembly experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and/or schematics.
- Experience with soldering.
- Experience using testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Avionics experience is preferred.
- Solder certification.
- Experience with avionics systems, electronic circuits, and electronic test equipment.
- Skills in project coordination, troubleshooting, and using testing software.

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.80
