JOB TITLE: Light Industrial Electronics Technician

PAY RATE: Up to $27.00 per hour

Summary:
Set up test apparatus and conduct tests on electronic assemblies and units following methods, procedures, and standards.
Assemble units for production equipment based on designs and specifications.
Adjust and calibrate systems; correct malfunctions by adjusting or replacing parts as directed.
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing devices for job duties.
Determine tests to be performed, suggest modifications to testing equipment, and analyze test results.
Assist engineers with test procedures for new products and recommend product or manufacturing improvements.
Troubleshoot down to the component level using schematic diagrams for Analog and Digital circuitry.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment to meet customer schedules.
Proficient with measurement devices such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, and RF Power Meters.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent with specialized technical training or equivalent education.
1 year of experience performing technical/para-engineering tasks.
Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state, digital, and RF circuits.
Skilled in using Microsoft Suite for documenting maintenance actions.
Experience with flying probe and high-power tests.
Desired Skills:
Extensive RF testing experience.
Familiarity with radar systems.
