About the Company
Crucial was created in 2002 by airline employees to meet the needs for airlines. Its creators and managing staff, having witness first hand, saw a lack of quality, commitment and expeditiousness. It was these traits that created the mentality which Crucial was formed to strive for.
Once the goal structure was set Crucial went about focusing on two main areas, predominately in the competitive regional jet market. Quick turn, Heavy Check Support, Interior Modification and service removed items (ROs).
Today Crucial maintains three location. Two off airport in air-conditioned facilities at locations near CMH and STL. Crucials' new heavy Check/Modification Hangar campus is located at MDH/Southern Illinois Airport in Carbondale/Murphysboro Illinois.
