This requisition is for a Manufacturing Engineer (ME) Program Integrator of a digital Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, 3DExperience (3DX), on development programs across Aeronautics. The Integrator will work with the programs and the Production Engineering Digital Transformation (PE DX) Agile team to address critical needs impacting the programs and help standardize PLM processes established by the LM Aero PE Core organization.
• Serve as the main ME point of contact for the program(s) by tracking issues in the 3DX environment, communicating the impact back to stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to processes and best business practices.
• Represent the programs within the PE DX Agile Team by communicating issues experienced by the program and ensuring they are resolved by the appropriate project teams.
• Understand program deadlines and communicating when capabilities are needed.
• Understanding of PE processes to answer program questions and concerns during implementation.
• Familiarization with new system capabilities/enhancements on 3DX with each system upgrade and communicating those to the program prior to deployment.
• Create and review user guides to aid in training the build teams on how to perform standard work within 3DX.
• Integrate with other PE integrators to ensure consistent digital transformation methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:
• STEM degree with 5 years experience or Masters with 3 years experience
• Must have experience within production engineering: specifically with manufacturing plan creation/revisions
•Experience with Production Engineering process lifecycles, &/or MBOM consumption requirements.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain and Active DoD clearance per business requirements and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
Desired Skills:
• Active DoD Clearance
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with all organizations involved in aircraft design, development, and production.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and challenge the standard modes of operation.
• Working knowledge of PDM, SFM, CAPP, and other elements of legacy PLM methodologies.
• Candidate should have an extensive understanding of engineering-to-manufacturing relationships.
• Experience with Model Based Engineering driven manufacturing practices
• Experience working within Teamcenter and Dassault PLMs
• Candidate should understand the limitations of legacy PLM systems and understand the desirability of future state solutions.
• Experience with multiple aircraft programs.
• Experience in all stages of aircraft production: Design to production through delivery and sustainment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
