As an Advanced Maintenance Reliability Electrical Engineer  within our ESS ADM (Energy & Sustainability Solutions - Advanced Manufacturing) team at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical engineering within our advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. Your expertise in electrical engineering and knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies will be instrumental in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of our electrical systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components for advanced manufacturing processes.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define electrical engineering requirements and specifications for new projects.
•Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the viability and safety of electrical systems.
•Develop and implement electrical engineering standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
•Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering issues, providing technical guidance and support to the team.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of electrical systems.
•Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

YOU MUST HAVE:
•Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
•5+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles

•Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes
•Experience in developing and implementing electrical engineering standards and procedures.
