As the Advanced Project Engineer - DCS Process Control Configuration you will be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Process Solutions. You will partner with world class engineerings and leaders to implement industrial distributed control system projects by applying product knowledge while creating configurations, documents, and custom programming elements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee and execute project schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
•Understand and implement Honeywell process control solutions.
•Execute projects in accordance with Honeywell standards and quality systems.
•Design technical specifications
•Collaborate effectively with peers, lead engineers, and managers to ensure seamless project execution.
•Up to 50 travel to customer sites for design, testing, commissioning, and customer training
•Build experience across various disciplines within the project environment.
•Share technical knowledge within the global engineering community.
•Regularly report project progress and address technical problems as they arise.

YOU MUST HAVE:
•Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
•4+ years of experience with industrial distributed process control systems

WE VALUE:
•Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
•U.S. Military service
•9+ years industrial process control experience
•Experience with E&I and site installations
•Experience in Batch processes, especially knowledge of S88 sequential design and configuration
•Honeywell control systems experience, including ExperionPKSu00AE, TPS, TDC 3000
•Knowledge of platforms and virtualization, especially Windows server/clients and VMWare
•Knowledge of networking software and/or Cisco networks
•Knowledge of programming languages
•Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
•Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
