Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2024 Technical Engineering - Intern. In this role, you will research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company, is seeking a Summer 2024 Engineering Intern. In this Engineering Intern role, you will join the Avionics Product Center that supports multiple programs across LM developing avionics products.
In this role, you will support in the design and testing of robotics hardware and software.
Basic Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; enjoys group problem solving and technical discussions
- Willingness to continuously & proactively look for problems and opportunities to improve system performance
- This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge in Robotics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
- Familiar with Python and C

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
