Lockheed Martin Space in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Summer 2024 Electrical Engineer intern. In this role, you will support Advanced Strategic Programs (ASP) in Strategic and Missile Defense (SMD). Working with senior engineers, the individual will provide technical and programmatic support on various programs related to SMD. Specific duties may include assisting more senior engineers in the design and analysis of analog, power, RF, or digital systems; component-level testing and failure analysis of anomalous flight hardware. This position will support the program office, technical experts, and support staff to meet the demanding needs of our programs.
Basic Qualifications:
• Pursuing Bachelors degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering degree or related program at an accredited university
• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
• A self starter who can learn new things quickly and can effectively solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
