We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our Line Production Support Center department as Fleet Support Analysis Engineer - Level 1 in Doha.
In this role, you will be responsible to carry out technical data analysis to support Maintenance Operation Control Centre functions. To assist Fleet Analysis Engineer in accomplishing in-depth Fleet Operational Performance review, Data Monitoring and Analysis.
Some of the tasks include:
- Responsible for Tax Recurrent Alert monitoring and Alerting Fleet Management Team.
- To review Technical Voyage Report through Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning System/Feedback from Customer experience and check for repeat safety related events, thus preventing major service disruptions/Passenger inconvenience.
- To gather all related information on Boeing and Airbus Return to Stand and high focus Technical Delays through Shift Handover/ Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning System /stored excel data sheets and present the same to MOCC manager for meetings with manufacturers thereby highlighting operational impacts to them.
- To maintain requisite details about all Qatar Aircraft on Grounds and Avoidable delays from Technical Status board/ Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning System Event log which will be analysed in details to avoid reoccurrence and improve the timelines for AOG recovery.
- Responsible for generation of Management Reports and presentations through data gathered from Morning reports and other Technical/Operational IT Platforms required for management analysis and in-depth study of recurrent defects with an aim to improve on time performance and reduction in defected defects.
- Communicating effectively with all the required agencies by various report broadcast and mails to efficiently highlight the existing critical defects and operational issues.
- Monitor closely all Defects (including Deferred Defects) across the entire Fleet utilizing AHM/Airman/My Boeing Fleet as required. Analysing and suggesting remedial /corrective actions to Fleet Support Team.

QualificationsAbout you
- High School, Diploma or Bachelors Degree & Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- A minimum of 4-year job related experience in Development Engineering or MOCC Assessed for Data Analysis competency.
- Minimum of 2 Year relevant experience in Technical Analysis and Data Management in Aviation Environment.
- Experience with airline background with detailed knowledge of modern aircraft and high technology.
- Continuous interaction with Line, Base and Engineering Development teams.
- Preferred knowledge on Data Mining, Database Design and Management.
- Knowledge on Analytics Tools like Excel Analytics, Power Query and Power Bl.
- An Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
