Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an emerging Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer to support one if the worlds most advanced missile programs.

A GNC engineer is needed to support the System Performance IPT. Efforts will include flight test performance assessment, simulation model development, general algorithm and performance assessment, pre and post-flight predictions, and reconstruction activities. Experience with C++ programming, Matlab, GNC, M&S, and CSF/CMD architecture highly desired.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in STEM field with coursework, research, or work experience related to Guidance, Navigation, and Control topics
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- US Citizen
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Algorithm Development
- Familiarity with Guidance Laws
- C++ and Matlab Programming Skills
- Modeling and Simulation experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
