Job Description:
An opportunity for an Industrial Services Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Industrial Services Team.
On this position your will work for the manufacturing and delivery of our Military Aircrafts: A330 MRTT, A400M, EFA and MRO classic (one of the most challenging projects within Airbus Defence and Space).
Our organization, INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, is responsible for managing all Industrial Means and external Industrial services. This comprises:
Industrial asset management & Maintenance.
Tool center management and industrial supplies.
Outsourced Industrial services: Jet fuel supply, work wear, aerial platforms, Ground Support Equipment, PPE, etc.
Industrial Organization: KAIZEN develpment, CAPEX acquisition, workshop empowerment, etc.
You will be involved with the Production teams, learning, solving difficulties, feeling useful, being part of something important.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, specify, implement and support for industrial means according to customers requirement and ergonomics standards.
- Manage and monitor contractual relationships with supplier to successfully ensure to deliver on time on cost , on quality with relevant supply chain organization.
- Support manufacturing feedback for continuous improvement , Kaizen, PPS.
Input: New process industrial mean requirement.
SKILLS
Engineering degree.
At least 5 years of experience in industrial sector, working in related areas such as project management, industrial maintenance, continuous improvement, contractual management, or production processes.
Advanced level in English.
Advanced level in Spanish.
Highly motivated to engage this project.
Soft skills: Creatity, focus on delivery attitude, team work as a way of work, deep analysis capacity, planning and organization ability, flexibility and a healthy sense of humor.
