Join our dynamic training department at easyJet, where we support over 12,000 Pilots and Cabin Crew in excelling throughout their careers. Were seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to craft engaging learning resources and materials, ensuring our teams competence and confidence.
As part of this exciting team, youll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design and build high-quality assets including PowerPoints, Lesson Plans, Learning Materials, and eLearning courses. Your expertise will drive improvement, from enhancing existing materials to creating graphical assets that align with our brand guidelines.
What you need to do this role
You will have confidence in designing and creating graphical assets and other media while adhering to established brand guidelines. Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and best practices in e-Learning is essential.
Proficiency in utilising programs within Office 365 is essential, along with a willingness to learn new IT and Learning Management Systems (LMS) as needed. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, inspiring, and motivating others within our team. You should demonstrate efficient workload management abilities, enabling you to prioritise tasks effectively and apply strong time management skills.
Desirable experience includes a background in designing Pilot or Cabin Crew training programs, qualifications in instructional design, and experience in the airline or safety-critical industry. An awareness and understanding of EASA and/or UK CAA regulations would also be advantageous.

Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office. You can be based at Gatwick or Luton Airport. If based In Luton, weekly travel to Gatwick Is essential for this role.
