Job Summary


Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Manufacturing Engineer II and provide direct support to our engineering manufacturing operations. We are looking for a talented and motivated Engineer to perform design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of our manufacturing operations of naval power electronics.


What You Will Do


  




  • Develop and streamline production operations in manufacturing execution system

  • Identify and support required tooling to achieve production goals

  • Pulls and analyzes production data to solve problems and aid in evidence based decision making

  • Optimize floor layout based on business forecasts

  • Partner with engineering department to achieve design for manufacturing ability targets


Education & Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering field with 2-5 years applicable engineering experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience

  • Specialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics

  • Lean implementation experience in a manufacturing environment and a green or black belt in Six Sigma, preferred

  • Candidates must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
