Description:You will be a Manufacturing Engineer Manager for the Camden Operations team. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Engineer Manager, you will manage the Controls Engineers, Critical Machining Engineers, Tooling Engineers, and the Manufacturing Planners for all programs within the Camden, AR facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all elements comprising the manufacturing process within the facility.
• Managing the Process Controls Engineers while they execute maintenance on numerous PLCs, fanuc robots, Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers, and other controls systems.
• Managing the critical machining group which consist of programming the CNC machines and performing GD&T analysis on numerous parts.
• Development and fabrication of tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes in support of production rate requirements while ensuring operator safety and product compliance with engineering specifications.

This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US citizen
Basic Qualifications:
-The ability to staff and lead approximately 20 Engineers and 5 Manufacturing Planners to support manufacturing systems and solve complex process issues for all programs.
-Ability to interpret complex drawing requirements
-General manufacturing process knowledge
-Proficiency with ASME Y14.5
-Proficiency with MSOffice suite
-Experience with machine/tooling/equipment setup, troubleshooting and proofing.
-Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance, therefore must be a US citizen
Desired Skills:
-Manufacturing Engineering experience related to Process Controls.
-Manufacturing Engineering experience with CNC Machining processes/techniques.
-Tool design experience
-Electronics and hydraulic experience / training
-B.S. Mechanical Engineering or related degree plan.
-Demonstrate leadership abilities and experiences

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
