What You Will Be Doing
F-16 Co-Production/Sustainment Planning team Associate Manager.
• Responsible for leading hourly Planners and support staff.
• Manages the generation of, or edits to work instructions, generation of MOD Kit Parts Lists, and generation of Spares requirements.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the Bill of Material for all international co-production suppliers.
• Generates and coordinates schedules, resource requirements and provides reporting and Cost Account Management (CAM) for these activities.
• Resolves reporting / data quality issues by working with support functions to identify and implement corrective actions.
• Supports management meetings/reviews and program reviews by preparing data, reports, and presentations and documenting and tracking action items to closure.
• Identifies and works continuous improvement activities resulting in improvements to Production Operations schedule and cost performance as well as your teams performance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Broad background in manufacturing with emphasis in Manufacturing Engineering & Planning.
• Must be experienced in developing schedules, budgets, &/or resource requirements.
Desired Skills:
-Knowledgeable of Manufacturing Planning/Engineering systems (CAPPS, TRF, SFM, EWI, QADS) and related systems and tools (PDM, VAS, SAP).
-Familiarity with the F-16: MBOM, Engineering, assembly process, and planning structure.
-Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project skills.
-Candidate should be a self-starter with a proven record of working well with multi-discipline engineering team, manufacturing engineering teams, as well as production operations.
-Should have broad range of experience related to engineering, material management, and manufacturing to ensure success.
-Cost Account Management (CAM) certification or experience managing cost accounts.
-Proven record of making sound decisions in a leadership role.
-Experience in preparation and delivery of technical presentations to internal and/or external customers.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
