Interim or Active Secret Clearance

This is an on-site role.
• What are the main functions of this role? This role is to serve as the Material Control Engineering lead for the AN/TPY-2 String lab in the Woburn facility. This lab houses the equipment necessary to perform integration and test activities in support of development and sustainment of the AN/TPY-2 radar system. The facility is a fast-paced environment with equipment and material constantly moving in and out of the area. Proper material control in the lab is critical to meet government and company requirements as well as improving efficiency in day-to-day integration tasks. Responsibilities include performing incoming and outgoing inspections of material, coordinating with quality and shipping to efficiently move assets into and out of the lab, maintaining hardware baselines within the lab to document asset movement and usage, as well as general property management and organization. As part of the String Team, the Material Control Specialist will work closely with engineering, property management, quality assurance and shipping logistics. They will also be expected to work directly as part of the engineering string team and perform integration and test of the hardware and software of the state-of-the-art AN/TPY-2 radar system.
• Required Skill Sets: Material Control, MS Excel, Asset Management
• Desired Skill Sets: Experience in test lab environment, System Administrative Skillset
• Years of Experience Required (if any): 2
• Education Level Required: High School
• How will the contractor’s success be measured?: Ability to maintain current material flow in and out of the String lab.
