Seeking a well-rounded experienced Cyber Engineer with a strong background in networking, real-time, and heterogeneous laboratory environments to become a Cyber Infrastructure Engineer (CIE) supporting the ADP Skunkworks labs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for
providing ADP lab computer infrastructure
support, asset management, cyber resiliency,
technical design, system development, system
test and capability enhancements. Candidate will
participate in operations and all project phases
including proposal development, design,
component procurement, system integration,
and system verification. Candidate will be
responsible for contributing to system design,
system stand-up, and system deployment.
The position will require close coordination with
program cyber security representatives, cross-functional lab development engineering teams
and lab customers.

Candidate must exhibit: excellent problem-solving
skills, be a team player, possess excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, be able
to adjust the work schedule periodically to support program activities, and be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment. The candidate must be willing to mentor junior-level team members.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is
located at a facility that requires special access.
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a
secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim
secret is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:
This position is for an IPT Lead position in a fast-paced Skunkworks program for a professional with over 15 years of experience. Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) is a management approach used by the Department of Defense (DoD) to streamline essential acquisition activities through the IPT framework and to enhance design, manufacturing, and support processes. The ideal candidate must hold a CompTIA SEC+ certification and have IT project management experience. Proficiency in project management tools for scheduling, cost control, and risk management is a must. Expertise in Early and Continuous Life-Cycle Planning is crucial. A valid Secret Security clearance is necessary. Strong communication skills are essential for both internal and external interactions. Flexibility for short-notice travel is required. Additionally, a high level of proficiency in technical writing and diagramming complex engineering solutions is needed.
Desired Skills:
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in various IT areas like routing, switching, security, and cloud, and have experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and AWS. Additionally, experience as a full-stack DoD engineer collaborating with Cyber Security teams is required.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
