Job Outline:
Lead quality engineering design and implementation for multiple teams within an agile release train.
Oversee the technical design and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with modern quality engineering practices.
Act as a key decision-maker in planning and executing quality assurance strategies across all development stages.
Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader for quality engineers, guiding them in best practices and automation.
Ensure quality engineering standards are created, implemented, and continuously improved within the release train.
Collaborate with leadership to eliminate inefficiencies and non-value-adding tasks, enhancing overall team productivity.
Champion modern testing practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
Lead innovation in automation frameworks and tools to enhance delivery quality and reduce manual efforts.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence based on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
Mentor and coach quality engineers, supporting their professional growth and technical development.
