What You Will Be Doing

F-22 Project Engineering is seeking candidates for a project engineering role on the F-22 Deficiency Reporting (DR) Team. This team directly impacts effectiveness and readiness of the F-22 fleet by managing the dispositioning, funding, and resolution of reliability, maintainability, and usage issues submitted from the field.

The DR Team is responsible for ensuring reported issues are assigned to the owning functional teams who then perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions to resolve the issue.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience developing and maintaining actionable metrics that provide visibility into performance or process shortfalls so that both proactive and reactive action can be taken to keep performance on track.

** Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. **

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education

• Experience developing or maintaining performance
metrics

• Experience with EVMS

• SECRET security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with VEMO (workforce planning tools)
• Proficiency with Tableau
• Familiar with JP-319, Joint Procedure for F-22
Deficiency Reports
• Demonstrated accountability
• Works with minimal guidance
• Passion for the F-22 and the warfighter
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
