At Honeywell, safety is our number one priority.The Projects Health and Safety Engineer is thesafety ambassador to our employees to promote a proactive safety environmentand culture by setting the example, providing proactive coaching/mentoring, andhelping our Service organization achieve Health, Safety, and Environmental(HSE) success. 
You will serve as the primary point of contactand representative of Honeywell for site project support and will beresponsible for ensuring the safe performance of the assigned project. In orderto provide HSE support you will be required to travel up to 50 of the time tosite locations. You will observecompany personnel to ensure that employees perform job related duties andresponsibilities safely, with mentoring and training as necessary to be in compliancewith our corporate standards. 

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site safety assessments as part of a constant monitoring process
Identify, track and report key performance indicators for safety
Conduct inspections to ensure health and safety policies are being followed
Champion incident investigation root cause analysis and create required documentation with report outs to leadership
Manage all incident-related documentation along with HSE counterparts
Lead weekly client safety meetings
Maintain contact and communicate with internal and customer HSE representatives
Verify compliance of company Safety policies and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, to include company, customer, and federal compliance
Review and ensure compliance of site Safety Plans for the Honeywell job sites.
Ensures all required postings are displayed at all Honeywell job sites.
Ensures job sites are adequately stocked with all safety supplies

Must Have:
High school diploma
5+ years HSE experience
Knowledge of federal safety requirements and regulations
Microsoft Office apptitdue

We Value:
Utility experience in gas or electric
Willingness to travel up to 50
Operator Qualification experience
OSHA 1910 electrical safety experience
PHMSA natural gas safety experience
Motivated and self-directed
Strong interpersonal skills
Bachelors degree preferred
