This position is for the Quality Ground Regulations Assurance Site Lead at an Advanced Develop Program located in Las Vegas, NV reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Quality Ground Regulations Assurance. Individual selected will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with DCMA Instruction 8210-1D requirements and must have working knowledge of AMS 9000, PCAMs, WordPress, Tableau and have the ability to work at all levels of the organization to identify and drive systemic root cause and corrective action utilizing quantitative/qualitative analytical capabilities to communicate and influence others in a concise, data driven manner.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in
a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Candidates with extensive working knowledge and hands on experience with DCMA Instruction 8210.1 requirements will only be considered.
• Candidate must have proposal and contract experience.
• Demonstrated track record of working with multiple customers and forming strong internal and external customer relationships.
• Strong working knowledge with military aircraft in an Advanced Development Program Operational and production environment.
Desired Skills:
• GFR Survey/AOI 8210.1 regulatory audit experience
• Experience working with and interacting closely
with government customers (DCMA, APT, GFR, GGFR, etc)
• Previous military or DOD experience in Aviation
Maintenance
• Experience with Data querying, modeling,
analytics and trend analysis.
• Must read and understand technical
requirements (e.g., specifications, engineering
drawings, work orders, technical orders,
technical publications, etc.).
• Effective communication skills: written, oral,
listening, presentation, and technical writing
Internal (leadership) and External (DCMA, JPO,
MOD, DOD, etc.) customers
• Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities and provide succinct direction in a dynamic business environment
• Ability to balance teaming and flexibility while maintaining independence and ensuring process adherence.
• Strong working knowledge of problem solving/root cause analysis and process management.
• Ability to drive the foundation for business and program performance.
• Ability to form creative partnerships to improve execution and competitive performance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and drive change.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
