Degree Requirements: Bachelors in Engineer. Prefer Mechanical or Industrial.
Detailed Job Description:
Responsible for the design and analysis of machines and infrastructure to support inspection of semiconductor wafers. Understand and develop system and sub-system requirement specifications for components used in ultra-high and ultra-clean clean rooms. Perform feasibility studies and proof of concepts. Develop test plans for prototypes. Assist with prototype machine assembly & testing. Interact with service and manufacturing teams for introduction of new machine designs.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 6 years in semiconductor industry.
Must be familiar with UL 1557 and UL SEMI S2
Must have experience with clean room design. Including vacuum systems, fluid lines, and heat transfer.
Must have thorough knowledge and be proficient with ASME Y14.5 (GD&T).
Minimum 2 years CREO experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in office productivity tools.
ANSYS experience a plus
ENOVIA experience a plus
