Contract to Direct Hire Position

SIM Senior Principal Software Engineer job in Huntsville, Alabama is available with Moseley Technical Services top Defense company. In this cleared, full time, direct hire, salaried job you will work in a collaborative environment on internal model framework development, internal tactical to model conversion
Responsibilities
- Work in a collaborative environment on internal model framework development, internal tactical to model conversion
- Support application development and translation of coding languages for modernization efforts.
- Work to support deliverable documentation of the models developed after performing a verification and validation effort.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 10+ years of related experience
- Proficient in C++, GoLang, Cython, Bash, Javascript, SQL, MongoDB
- Recent Experience in GMD GS/GWS Model Development
- Recent Experience developing code in a Dev Ops environment using Bitbucket or GitHub
- Recent Experience in an Agile environment
- Recent Experience in both Windows and Unix OS environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ada, MATLAB, Rust
- Experience with Integrated Risk Management
- Experience with requirements development/collaboration
- Exposure to Stimulation and Simulation Software
