At Honeywell Aerospace Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST), our outstanding team of scientists, engineers, and professionals develop groundbreaking technology by applying their expertise in complex hardware and software control systems, atomic physics, ultra-high vacuum environments, cryogenics, cyber security, and more. 

Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer for our Golden Valley, MN location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Life Cycle Management (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability)
  • Risk Management Planning
  • Data Analysis (Fault Tree, Weibull, Reliability modeling and prediction, Derating Analysis, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis)
  • Acceptance Test Procedures and Qualification Plans
  • Customer Interaction and Communication
  • Research and Development
  • Design analysis

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • U.S. citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain government security clearance
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematic
  • 5 years of experience with reliability initiatives, analysis, experimentation, and product development

WE VALUE:

  • Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field with focus on reliability
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, quality management systems and regulatory certification
  • Experience transitioning components and processes from research and development to manufacturing
  • Experience with reliability engineering tools
  • Experience creating reliability analysis approaches for new products, like HALT and HASS testing to determine component reliability
