Responsibilities:
- Lead development of simulations and integration of models for cutting-edge autonomous aircraft and missile systems
- Design, build, and test comprehensive software simulations
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure model accuracy
- Optimize simulation performance to drive real-time Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) testing
Must-haves:
- Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in C&43;&43;, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with C/C&43;&43; Build Systems (e.g., CMake)
- Experience with AFSIM, STK, or similar DoD simulation tools is preferred
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
- Understanding of aerospace systems

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $120,552.10 - $165,759.14. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
