Boeing Poland is currently seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to join the team located in Rzeszow, Poland.

The role involves conducting structural analysis using established tools to assess the performance and characteristics of aircraft structures. The selected candidate will also support testing activities, analyze and report test results, and document certification and test outcomes to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs basic structural analysis using established tools to develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performance

  • Supports test execution, analyze and report test results to ensure systems and components meet requirements

  • Defines and documents certification and test results to validate compliance with customer and regulatory agency requirements

  • Contributes to the improvement of in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements

  • Develops and integrates structural requirements throughout the product lifecycle

  • Coordinates with other engineering groups, guides product design and verifies structural integrity using analytical methods and simulations

  • Works under general supervision or direction

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Rzeszow, Poland.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

  • 1+ years of engineering work experience

  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals such as material properties, free-body diagrams, load path, structural loads, joints, and structural analysis methods

  • Fluent in both written and verbal English

  • Must be legally able to work in Poland

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics, Structural Engineering, or related fields

  • Experience in static and fatigue analysis

  • Knowledge of damage tolerance analyses

  • Able to work collaboratively with a multi-functional team and work flexible hours to meet the business needs

  • Ability to travel about 10 of work time

Typical Education:

Associate (level 2)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master).

Experienced (level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years related work experience).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
