Global Supply Chain - Operations Engineer
What You Will Be Doing
The Supply Chain Management organization (SCM) is looking for a strong, self-motivated individual to join the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) team within the Supplier Performance department. This candidate will serve as the key coordinator for all MRL pre and post supplier preparation meetings and assist in coordinating key events to ensure a successful MRL event is executed. Expectation is to lead and facilitate coordination efforts with the Lockheed MRL team to ensure contractual requirements are met with the goal of tracking and documenting MRL milestones in support of the F-35 program.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in supply chain, production operations, or manufacturing
• Risk Management experience
• Project management experience
• Experience with cross functional teams
Desired Skills:
• Experience communicating at all levels of the organization, including internal & external customers, subcontractors, hourly and executive employees
• A diverse professional background, with experience in several different organizations
• Experience documenting operational procedures and processes
• Experience thinking strategically at enterprise level
• Experience interpreting, communicating, and visualizing metrics to customers and leadership in an effective manner
• Experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
