Job Description:

Description:Provide worldwide technical and operational support for customers in the installation, testing, training, and maintenance of: professional quality printing and bindery equipment; graphics workstation, and computer data networking.

Primary Duties:

-Manage team in day-to-day activates and assignment
-Administrates staffing actions & discipline
- Provide all aspects of support for mobile and fixed site print systems.
- Assist in the day to day operation of print production operations and provide expert advice with respect to print, bindery, and graphics related issues.
- Review present systems and advise as to how to improve operation, increase longevity, efficiency, and safety.
-Initiate, track, and record all requisitions, repair parts, materials, and equipment status. Arrange transportation for shipment of parts, equipment, and materials in accordance with export control laws to and from conus and oconus locations.
-Participate in the planning for hardware and software upgrades, including the research of required items.
-Provide technical assistance and support for testing, building, and installing new equipment.
-Prepares training content & administrates training courses
Basic Qualifications:
-Ability to travel internationally

-Must have prior technical training and strong trouble shooting skills

-Familiar with the suite of Microsoft applications Word, Excel, Project, etc etc.
Desired Skills:
-Prior experience in printer repair
-Prior experience with Kodak Nexpreses, HP/EPSON Large Format Printers, SEM disintegrator, Bourg Booklet maker, Horizon Prefect binder, Polar cutters, stitchers and other print and bindery equipment
-Prior leadership experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
