This position is for an experienced Test Engineer to support Production Operations at RMS Orlando on all program needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Aeronautics, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience. Considered career, or journey, level.

- Able to communicate effectively with external customers and internal leadership about technical status/issues

- Ability to update electrical schematics, networking schematics, and written test procedures

- Experience with electrical test equipment
Desired Skills:
- Ability to possess a DoD Secret Clearance (not mandatory)

- Ability to analyze complex designs & create test solutions that optimize cost/technical/schedule variables

- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

- Previous experience with military equipment/standards

- A&P License

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

- Ability to methodically overcome complex obstacles with a can-do attitude.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
