The role:

An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Training Product Manager has arisen! Working in the Global Engagement Centre (GEC) Learning team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and engaging training products that improve performance in our GECs.

What you’ll do:
  • Conduct detailed training needs analysis (TNA) and provide learning recommendations.
  • Design and develop new training products, including curriculum outlines, session plans, digital content, presentations, activities and assessments.
  • Manage and prioritise Product Team activities and coordinate all stages of the Training Cycle.
  • Use instructional design principles, adult learning theory and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key people from different departments, including managers, subject matter experts and trainers, to collaborate on creating training material.
  • Explore new ways of training, with a focus on digital content, to ensure the key knowledge, skills and behaviours are developed to meet business objectives.
  • Use a continuous improvement approach and offer a critical eye to maintain and improve existing training packages.

Your experience:
  • Learning development and design experience (Essential)
  • Experience in managing teams and co-ordinating their work (Essential)
  • Delivery of projects in cross-functional environments (Essential)
  • Working with different learning technologies (Essential)
  • Experience in delivering training (Essential)
  • Understanding regulations and compliance requirements for your business area (Essential)
  • CIPD qualification or relevant experience.
