We are seeking a General Manager to bring experience, dedication, hard work, and uncompromising standards to our client's premier aircraft solutions operation. The General Manager is responsible for upholding the consistent excellent services provided through aircraft sales, acquisitions, aircraft management, charter services, and aircraft maintenance that align with the company’s goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes goals and objectives to achieve or exceed quality, productivity, efficiency, safety, financial, and customer service expectations.
- Ensures that capacity and capability objectives are met through a robust retention and recruiting plan and that proper resource allocation is maximized to support the budget goals.
- Holds managers accountable to established goals, objectives, and professional behavior, and drives accountability through each department to support uncompromising standards of service.
- Perform leadership functions such as conducting annual reviews, making hiring decisions, and managing performance of direct reports which includes mentoring and skill development.
- Establish a culture that promotes safety through daily observations, shift briefings, routine audits, monthly safety meetings, training, and documented safety procedures.
- Develop new business plans with capital requirements and anticipated performance. Prepare the budget with insight for the capability of and opportunities for the company.
