Job Description:
Tasks
The activities of the finance Intern involve, among others:
- Take part in collecting critical activities and new projects, adding all the tasks according to assignments and responsibilities in GSI Planner
- Performs database analysis and interpretation of activities history and trends, as well as detection of possible discrepancies and deviations for getting a better understanding and prevent possible further escalations
- Documentation of measures for adjusting times and concluding the tasks according to deadlines as best as possible
- Analysis of services provided consumption hours summary per customer / colleague
- Works in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy/ Compliance at all time
* Takeover of additional tasks when required
Requirements
Are you ready to apply? Know more about the requirements below:
- Studying Bachelor’s degree in Trade Business Management, Accounting, Commerce and Business Administration, International Trade or related required
- Intermediate / Advanced command of English, both written and spoken desirable
- Knowledge within SAP software desirable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with special focus in Microsoft Excel desirable
- Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
