Finance Officer - Accountant (M/F)

Role Introduction
As part of the Finance team, you will play a key role in managing operational processes related to purchasing and accounts payable.
Initially, you will focus mainly on creating purchase orders (POs) and entering invoices. Gradually, your responsibilities will expand to include other aspects of financial management and compliance.
Au sein de l’équipe financière, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des processus opérationnels liés aux achats et à la comptabilité fournisseurs.
Dans un premier temps, vous vous concentrerez principalement sur la création de bons de commande (PO) et la saisie des factures. Progressivement, vos missions s’élargiront à dautres aspects de la gestion financière et de la conformité.
Key Responsibilities
1.Purchasing and invoice management (initial priority)
- Create and follow up purchase orders (PO) in SAP.
- Process local supplier invoices, including validations in the SAP module dedicated to the
processing of services rendered on flights.
- Collaborate with local, regional teams and head office in Hong Kong to resolve discrepancies
and rejected payments.
2.Accounting and reporting
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and other monthly financial analysis.
- Participate in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and budget reports.
3.Compliance and cost control
- Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations.
- Contribute to the monitoring of budget variances and propose optimizations.
4.Support and continuous improvement
- Work with local teams to simplify and optimize financial processes.
- Provide ad hoc financial support for local projects or initiatives.
Requirements
Profile required
- Training in finance, accounting or equivalent (BTS minimum or equivalent)
- Experience in procurement and accounts payable, ideally with SAP (at least 3 years). Thoroughness, attention
to detail
and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in office automation tools and ERP (SAP).
- Fluency in French and English is essential for dealing with international teams.
- Experience in the airline industry is an advantage.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and can interact with all levels of the organization and region

- Demonstrable experience in improving current working practices and implementing new ideas
- Adapts to and accepts constant change
- Fluency in French and English is essential
Profil recherché
- Formation en finance, comptabilité ou équivalent (BTS minimum ou équivalent)
- Expérience dans la gestion des commandes et la saisie de factures, idéalement avec SAP (au moins 3 ans).
Rigueur,
attention aux détails et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et ERP (SAP).
- La maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais est indispensable pour échanger avec les équipes internationales.
- Une expérience dans lindustrie du transport aérien est un avantage
- Un bon esprit déquipe avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles et peut interagir avec tous les niveaux
de lorganisation et de la région (Europe)
- Expérience démontrable dans lamélioration des pratiques de travail actuelles et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles
idées
- Sadapte et accepte les changements constants
- La maitrise des langues française et anglaise est indispensable
